Objective

Mastering the functioning of OSI and understanding one’s role within OSI’s mandate. Tools for effectively and fully fulfilling one’s mandate within OSI, as well as the necessary elements for managing an OSI Local Group collectively. At the end of this seminar, participants will be competent, capable, and autonomous, and they should be able to act as internal guarantors of OSI’s fundamental organizational principles.

This mastery of the framework provides them with greater freedom, as they immediately know what they can do at various operational, institutional, local, or international levels for their projects within the NGO and for the NGO itself.

Aligned with OSI’s commitment to train more to control less, **this training is absolutely essential and strictly mandatory for anyone or any team wanting to take on a Program Manager role and mandate** in one or more Local Groups within the NGO.

 Participants

The following are required to attend this training:

• Future Program Manager for Research and Science Education,
• Future Program Manager for Sustainable Development Pedagogy and Logistics,
• Future Program Manager for Participatory Development,

whose tripartite collaboration on an OSI platform (OSI Local Group) generates Citizen Science and Participatory Research Participatory Research see : http://www.voyages-scientifiques.com actions to achieve Education and Sustainable Development Goals.

• Future Director of Operations for a Local Group of the NGO.
